Your panties and reusable pads go in with your regular laundry. No hand washing, no special detergent.
Step 1: Rinse
After wearing, rinse the panty and the pad in cold water.
Step 2: Machine wash
Machine wash cold or on a low setting with your regular laundry.
Step 3: Hang to dry
Hang to air dry.

- Excessive heat
On the go: keep a spare pad in your bag. Unsnap the used pad, snap in the fresh one, and keep the used one in a small zip bag until you're home.
